Some basic help for using this page.
Navigation Menu
To navigate through the web site, use the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
If you can not see the menu correctly, make sure Javascript is switched on. In Internet explorer, a yellow bar may appear at the top of the page, which you can click and allow javascript. In Firefox , Opera select Tools / Options to switch javascript on.
Printing
If you print the page and find the images are not displayed, especially in the survey list page, then you should switch "Print Images and Backgrounds" On in your browser , in the Tools/Options menu. If you are uncertain how to do this , then search on Google for "Printing in IE", or "Printing in Firefox"
